A graduate of Building Surveying, his career began on site and evolved through Site Management, Project Management and Construction Management to Directorship. This progression has shaped a rare depth of understanding, combining technical knowledge, hands-on construction experience and the leadership required to deliver complex projects from conception through to completion.
Registered in both Unlimited Domestic and Commercial Builder categories, Sid's experience spans architecturally designed residences, boutique developments and significant multi-residential projects across Victoria.
scon. is the culmination of that experience, a boutique construction company created with a singular focus: to deliver exceptional buildings through considered detail, disciplined execution and personal accountability.
